Newton Methodist Preschool

The Mission Statement:
Our goal is to offer quality child care in a safe, happy, Christian environment. Age appropriate curriculum will be provided to promote cognitive, social, emotional and physical development. In addition, our program will emphasize faith development and the enhancement of Christian values through planned activities and experiences.

Schedule:
The Newton Methodist Preschool operates Monday thru Friday from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Children should arrive no earlier than 8:55 AM and be picked up no later than 1:05 PM. Our schedule is similar to the Catawba County Schools calendar that runs August to May.

Fees:
A $30.00 non-refundable registration fee will be charged at the time of enrollment. A registration fee will be charged annually. The cost of the program will be $170.00 per month for the five day program, $120.00 per month for the three day program and $100.00 per month for the two day program.  The one and two year olds will be charged $5.00 more per month.

Enrollment:
Enrollment for preschool is open to all children reagardless of race, religion, or special needs. Enrollment is open for children ages one year to five years of age. When it is determined that you want our program for your child and space is available, bring the child for a visit to acquaint him/her with the program and the teachers. The Preschool Handbook will be discussed so you will understand your responsibility and those of the staff.
